Did you rotate the image in the screen shot? If not it looks like parallels is not figuring out that you want to print landscape. When you view the PDF in a viewer, what size does it say the paper is?. Have you tried printing using another printer like PDFCreator or CutePDF? When I was using parallels I can't recall ever using the Print to PDF printer on the mac side. This could be because I had issues with it and just decided to go with my goto PDF printer (currently PDFCreator)hth,.
